This game is designed for 6-12 guests, ensuring a balanced mix of characters. If you want to play with up to 40 guests, please take a look at the extension packages. The game consists of multiple rounds:

– Character Introduction – Motives Round – Alibis Round – Conviction Round – Solution Round

One of the party guests will be the victim and will die during the game. After that, they will take over the role of the detective, trying to solve their previous character’s murder. The other guests will take on the role of one of the suspects, trying to come closer to the truth of the murder. Or trying to hide their guilt, if they are the culprit themselves…

Materials can be simply cut and distributed; there is no need to read everything upfront. In particular, if the host wants to play along, reading everything upfront would ruin the fun.

Please be aware that this story contains some mature themes, including references to affairs, drinking, and a mysterious murder.
